We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.  Co-payments are not tax-deductible.

Please note that co-payments are not refundable.  If you cannot make your appointment, you must contact the vet clinic and Fix Them All at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.  An appointment can be rescheduled up to 90 days from the date the co-payment was received if appointments are available.  If you do not contact us 24 hours in advance, you will be considered a “no show” and your copayment could be forfeited.  “No shows” prevent other pets from getting fixed.  Co-payments can be transferred to another pet within 90 days of receipt if initial appointment was canceled properly.
