Spay/Neuter information:
* Free nail trims
* Cats: Minimum age 2 months; minimum weight 2 pounds
* Dogs: Minimum age 2 months; minimum weight 8 lbs; max weight 40 lbs; no aggressive dogs accepted; must arrive in carrier or with collar or harness and leash
* Domestic cats must arrive in carriers with towel or puppy pad
* Feral cats must arrive in a trap and will be ear-tipped (no exceptions)
* $10 rabies vaccine required without proof of unexpired rabies certificate
* Additional charges for heat in dogs ($15), pregnancy in cats ($10) pregnancy in dogs ($20), pyometra, undescended testicles ($25)
* If fleas are found, owner will be responsible for $15 flea treatment
 *Optional services at owner’s expense: DHLPP or FVRCP $17; flea treatment $15; microchip $15; FeLV/FIV test 25; heartworm test for dogs $25
* No pets older than 7-8 years

* Maximum weight 85 lbs.  If clinic agrees to do surgery on a heavier dog, the extra charges will be the responsibility of the pet owner, not FTA.
* Without proof of unexpired vaccinations, requires a full set of vaccinations:
Dogs: rabies, DHAPP $27 -- Cats:  rabies, FVRRP $27
* Additional charges payable by owner for cats: heat or pregnancy ($35), pyometra or cryptorchid ($80-$105).
*Additional charges payable by owner for dogs: heat ($35), pregnancy ($55), pyometra or cryptorchid ($90-$105). Due to the increased chance of excessive bleeding if a female dog is heartworm positive, any female dog over six months old must have been recently heartworm tested (within 3 months) or obtain a negative heartworm test PRIOR to surgery. Trenton Animal Hospital will perform the heartworm test for a reduced price of $20 to Fix Them All clients for female dogs over six months old preparing to be spayed.
